Relieve non-specific lower back pain in seven days
My name is Alfred Cheng. Over ten years ago, I developed two simple stretching exercises to manage my own non-specific lower back pain. These exercises consistently alleviated my pain within seven days. Over the years, four of my close relatives have also used them—with the same successful outcome. This is my personal experience, and although I intended to share it much earlier, concerns around legal liability delayed any public release. Now that I have more time, I’ve decided: it’s now or never. I am making these Do-It-Yourself (DIY) exercises available to help others potentially benefit from the same results. I’m confident they can assist the majority of non-specific lower back pain cases.
