A: The MPMS method builds on one popular stretching exercise which integrated into one of chiropractic exercise and formed my unique method. These two combined exercises have been tested with my body to manage back pain. I called this “MPMS” method stand for “Mechanical Problem with Mechanical Solution” with remarkable result within a week. These are Do-It-Yourself (DIY) and no medication or apparatus is needed. When this exercise helps you once, you can repeat the same for the next back pain episode.
A: I hold no medical qualification. I believe these exercises restored the natural curve shape of the spine. It makes sense that when the natural curve shape of the spine restored, back pain would be gone.
A: I am holding no medical qualification. These exercises are evidence-based on my personal experience. It’s factually true in my case. Individual experience may vary.

A: My personal experience is to relieve the pain within seven days if suitable for you. This is factually correct in my case. There is no guarantee or suggestion that this method would be effective for all lower back pain sufferers.
A: These exercises are only for non-specific lower back pain. Please go through the Self-Assessment in the Service page to assess your eligibility.
A: Non-specific lower back pain is defined as lower back pain not attributable to a recognizable, known specific pathology (eg infection, tumor, osteoporosis, lumbar spine fracture, structural deformity, inflammatory disorder, radicular syndrome, or cauda equina syndrome).

A: You must consult a qualified medical professional first before seeking alternative treatment. The two stretching exercises that I recommended is showing in most of the DIY back pain treatment publications which published by the medical professionals (please refer to the reference list).

A: You have to submit the Exercises Progress forms on Day 3, Day 6 and Day 7 when performing the exercises. We are providing suggestions based on changes of your symptoms. This support is a core commitment of our service. (Don’t take it as medical advice).
A: This MPMS method possibly relieved your back pain within seven days. Unlikely these exercises are suitable for you if the pain is not relieved within seven-day.

A: There is no age limit for doing these exercises. But you must be able to do push-up of your upper body as it’s the main part of the exercises. Elderly generally don’t perform this exercise well.
A: In my personal opinion, these exercises are very gentle stretching just like swimming or Yoga. There is no external force apply to you by anybody else. You are doing these exercises per your own limit therefore unlikely you will get hurt by these exercises. However, these exercises are not for all kinds of back pain sufferers. There’s no guarantee that these exercises are suitable for you. If your pain worsens such as pins and needles, or the pain is spreading to wider part of your body, stop the exercise immediately.
