My Story

I’m Alfred Cheng, founder of Lower Back Pain Coach Pty Ltd.
I created a personal, Do-It-Yourself (DIY) method to manage non-specific lower back pain (LBP). I don’t have any medical qualification, but after conventional treatments failed to give me a long-term solution for LBP and a chiropractor told me I’d need ongoing visits whenever the symptom flare up again, I started researching for alternatives.

Through trial and error with my own body, I developed the MPMS (Mechanical Problem Mechanical Solution) Method. It combines one popular stretch with one chiropractic stretch. I’ve submitted a provisional patent for it. This method consistently relieved my pain within seven days—and has kept me pain-free over 10 years. . I don’t study spinal anatomy or claim to explain the exact cause of the pain. My belief is straightforward: many cases of non‑specific lower back pain are mechanical, and gentle exercises using your own body weight can sometimes support the body’s natural ability to recover.

At first, I hesitated to share it due to time and financial constrain. Now, I want to helping others be pain free within seven days as a way to give back to the community. My goal isn’t money, but to provide a simple solution for the difficult health problem that could reduce healthcare costs on a large scale. I’m always inspired by people who take medical issues into their own hands and develop effective solutions while traditional treatment fails, such as the story of Lorenzo’s Oil.

Mission:
To prove the MPMS method as the best initial approach for managing non-specific LBP and make it widely accessible.

Vision:
To complete a clinical trial and position MPMS as a first-line treatment before resorting to other professional or invasive surgical options.

Goals:

  1. Finding 100 people who currently have non‑specific lower back pain and are willing to try the exercises
  2. Justify a clinical trial through successful results.
  3. Secure funding to support clinical trial.

If you’re relieved of your pain within seven days, a donation helps keep the project going — it’s icing on the cake, never the goal.
